Liuzhou Arays Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009, specializing in the design, research, and manufacturing of aluminum wheels for automobiles. The company has abundant technical strength in the research and development of aluminum wheels. 

The technical department currently has 35 engineers, accounting for 8% of the total number of employees, all of whom have bachelor's and graduate degrees or above. Among them, there are 15 design and development engineers with professional design certificates, all of whom are proficient in operating UG, Pro/E, CATIA, and CAD/CAM, and have many years of experience in aluminum wheel development.

Design engineers can use 3D design software such as UG to design products with reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and manufacturing process production based on various performance requirements and dimensional conditions. They can also use finite element analysis software such as ANSYS to analyze the product structure, repeatedly optimize it, and ensure that the structure of each product meets the design requirements.
